Because our fresh food is a perishable product that could get spoiled, we do not take any returns once the product has been shipped out.  You may however, cancel the order if the order has not been shipped out yet by contacting us at orders@companionfresh.com.

If you’ve received a product with a defect, please let us know via email, also at orders@companionfresh.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.  Once you are able to provide the evidence of the defect, we’ll make a full refund for your purchase promptly.  Return of the defect product will not be necessary.
